Reading it: the height at any score is how many people sit there. The middle band (85–115) holds 68% of everyone; each step outward gets emptier fast — that emptying is what the rarity table below quantifies.

Above roughly 145, treat any online number as decoration: ordinary tests run out of hard questions (a "ceiling"), and measurement error swamps the differences. That is why our own test refuses to print scores beyond 145.
